Nash Broga was created on a whim.  Our founders were tired of going to the gym and aimlessly lifting hunks of metal. "That isn't relaxing," they thought. In the long run, they weren't getting what they wanted out of it. Realizing this, they set out to create a great way to get a good workout, while allowing the mind to relax.
